Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on readykit.co are digital PDF courses delivered via a Google Drive link sent to your email. Because these are digital goods that can be accessed, downloaded, and copied immediately upon delivery, our refund policy is limited as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Your request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase, AND
• You have not opened or accessed the Google Drive link sent to you

If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the link has been opened or accessed in any way, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the content you reviewed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• The Google Drive link has been opened, viewed, or downloaded
• More than 48 hours have passed since the time of purchase
• You changed your mind or no longer need the course
• You purchased the wrong course by mistake (please contact us before purchasing if you're unsure — we're happy to help you choose the right one)
• You did not read the course description prior to purchase

4. Duplicate Charges or Technical Errors

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented you from receiving your Google Drive link, contact us immediately at halalserve@gmail.com. These cases are reviewed and resolved regardless of the 48-hour window, as they are not covered by the standard policy above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, email us at halalserve@gmail.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The email address used at checkout
• Confirmation that you have not accessed the Google Drive link

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within [X] business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to revoke access to the course and dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence, including access/download logs.
